[OpenAFS] No space left on device?

hi all,

there is one thing very puzzled me. in one of our afs server has 717GB
free space. but, i can't write any thing into that /vicepa. do you
have any idea about this??

[root@nuage vicepa]# touch a
touch: cannot touch `a': No space left on device
