It does solve the problem if you shutdown/reboot via 'shutdown' (and
thus, Solaris actually goes through the init scripts and appropriate SMF
milestones). If you just reboot/halt/poweroff, those init scripts don't
get run, and so yeah, it doesn't affect anything.
