[OpenAFS] Link to afs3-standardization mailing list archives is incorrect/not available

given it's a central.org list,
https://lists.central.org/mailman/listinfo/afs3-standardization

if you want to submit a change to git for this, it will get fixed now,
otherwise i promise to handle it whenever we do the next round of
releases that hit the website.
