[OpenAFS] Guide on howto built from source for debian?

I've also run the 1.6.0~pre2 built from 1.6.0~pre1 and the new upstream,
but I didn't modify any configure options, for those have a look at
debian/rules file which basically resembles a Makefile, with sections
for configuring, building, cleaning, etc.
