[OpenAFS] 64bit windows - can't uninstall 1.5.7100

Thank you, that worked.
It did complain about not finding the original 1.5.7100 MSI installer. I =
downloaded that again and was then able to uninstall.

1.5.99d installed Ok, and seems to work.
