[OpenAFS] openafs 1.6.0 does not run on Windows 2000

Yes, I know it is a dying out race and the developers have already  
announced that they will no longer support it in future versions. So I  
was not very surprised that it stopped working a while ago, thinking  
that this future behaviour was already silently enforced.

But now I saw that the 1.6.0 doku still mentions it as a supported  
platform, therefore I would like to report that it actually does not  
run. The problem seems to be something fundamental, it can be  
installed, but all installed exe files only produce the error message  
"not a valid win32 application"

Last working devel version was 1.5.78.
