[OpenAFS] OpenAFS services startup

I have OpenAFS 1.6.0 built from source under RHEL 5.7. I'd like to start
the client and server processes at startup, and want to be able to
start/stop the services, as usual.
Could someone spell out which files are involved? What startup script(s) go
into /etc/rc.d/init.d ? What is the right config file? The documentation
seems to cover the rpm installations, but is a bit obscure about the source
build. Thanks.
