[OpenAFS] Timeouts and odd behavior with 1.6.0 file servers

1.6.1pre2 is forthcoming fairly soon, but 1.6.1 final probably has to wait
for a final resolution to idledead, which appears to not yet be 100% in
1.6.1pre2.  I don't know of any way in which 1.6.1pre1 is worse than
1.6.0.
