Hm, and I assume /usr/afs/etc/ThisCell has 'openafs.sri.utoronto.ca' in
it, correct?

Can you provide the output of 'bos listhosts <server>' ? If you restart
the server processes and run that 'udebug' command again, does it still
say 'I am sync site forever (0 server)'?
