[OpenAFS] settin correct server info in vldb

This is the problem. If you do vos create -server SOMETHING then
SOMETHING must resolve to a real IP. Or you can write the IP-number. I
have done this myself "vos create -server localhost" while in a rush
-> No T-shirt.
