[OpenAFS] settin correct server info in vldb

One UUID line for each server and after that the IP(s) of that server.
If you want to see and example with several IP per server, try cell 
nada.kth.se.

If you use -printuuid but don't get UUID lines, that looks broken to
me but I don't know how that could happen.
