You are confusing the REALM name and the cell name.

The REALM name is the name after the @ sign.  The cell name is the AFS
name that you provided in the "ThisCell" file.

Cell names are lowercase.   REALM names are uppercase.

aklog -d should report that it is attempting to obtain a service ticket f=
or

   afs/in-put.de@IN-PUT.DE

and your IN-PUT.DE KDC database should have a service principal for

   afs/in-put.de@IN-PUT.DE

whose enctype is DES-CBC-CRC or DES-CBC-MD5.
