[OpenAFS] OpenAFS 1.7.13 and Roaming Profiles

This was a problem in older versions too. We have it with 1.7.8 (on=20
WinXP and Win7 (32 and 64 bit)). Didn't test 1.7.13 yet.

We also use Sophos. Perhaps this is the problem.
