[OpenAFS] reading files from problem volume

I have remounted  the old /vicepc as /vicepcc and created new /vicepc. =0A=

So, the VLDB says the volume is on /vicepc, but you salvaged a volume=0A=
on /vicepcc.  The fileserver is not very clever about the same volume=0A=
appearing on multiple partitions; if there _is_ a volume header=0A=
on /vicepc, then the server is likely trying to online that one instead=0A=
of the one on /vicepcc.=0A=
