[OpenAFS] Weird LAN/WAN login problem

Hi all,

any ideas what might be causing the following?

- with user account A you can log into afs homedir either from LAN or WAN
- with user account B only LAN login works
- Once A logged in from WAN, you cannot see the full path to the B
homedir. In LAN you do.

The system is based on Ubuntu 10.04, OpenAFS, OpenLDAP & integrated GDM
login. The behavior is the same with OpenAFS 1.4 and 1.6

User account C (on afs) is used as a base for new accounts. User C login
works fine in both LAN and WAN.
