[OpenAFS] Can't do a "vos move"

This is sort of a strange message.  It seems to imply there is
already a volume with this id on the target partition.

And after your move fails, it is unable to delete this mystery volume
that already exists on your target partition.

Perhaps you should salvage the destination partition and examine
its contents closely to see if you have some bogus volume leftover
from a failed move.
