[OpenAFS] oafs win update fail - lots of processes using files

Was looking to update my Server 2008 32-bit machine from 1.5.78 to
1.7.23 ... the installer is being a bit ridiculous with files in use:

AFS Client 
DHCP Client
Network Id Mgr
Task Scheduler
TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
Windows Event Log

Two of those are expected, the rest... wtf... and terminating them would
most likely not leave me with a happy machine.

Any thoughts? Should I, after stopping Net ID Mgr and AFS Client, click
"Ignore" ?
