[OpenAFS] oafs win update fail - lots of processes using files

Will click Ignore, then and generally not worry about it.
But, looking...
DHCP CLient, TCPIP NetBIOS, and EventLog are all showing in the
installer the same PID. Which maps to, in Process Explorer:
svchosts.exe -k LocalServiceNetworkRestricted.
and those all have afsd_service.exe listed in the DLL pane.
The Task Schedulere is svchost.exe -k netsvcs
I don't see anything directly using afs stuff there, but perhaps it's
using something that's using something...
