[OpenAFS] Additional 1.6.8pre2 binaries available for testing

Additional binaries for the second 1.6.8 prerelease are now available =
for
the following platforms
RHEL 5, 6 (& clones)
Fedora 18, 19, 20
and can be accessed through the link/paths given in the announcement.
Thanks are due to Stephen Quinney for providing those.
While there are possible issues not addressed in this prerelease (see
00README.txt), most sites are unlikely to encounter them. And if they
do, the data points would be most valuable.
