According to my reading of the AFS trademark agreement posted on the 
OpenAFS Foundation website: 
http://www.openafsfoundation.org/docs/openafs-foundation-ibm-trademark-agreement.pdf

there is no mention of any conditions associated with the use of the mark. 
How am I misunderstanding the agreement?
