[OpenAFS] additional binaries for OpenAFS 1.6.13 available

In addition to those already announced, binaries for RHEL7, Fedora and
current openSUSE/SLE distributions are available from:

  http://www.openafs.org/dl/openafs/1.6.13/onetime/

or the corresponding path in AFS:

  /afs/grand.central.org/software/openafs/1.6.13/onetime
 \\afs\grand.central.org\software\openafs\1.6.13\onetime

These packages won't be updated. In particular, no modules for new =
kernels will
be added. Such updates will be available from the usual downstream =
repositories
soon.
