[OpenAFS] OpenAFS for ppc64le

Server.
I'm trying on ubuntu 15, 14 and centos7.  I also have OpenSuSE available.

I updated config.guess
./configure --with-afs-sysname=3Dppc64le --enable-transarc-paths
make is stopping here:
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `param.ppc64le.h', needed by `param.h.n=
ew'.  Stop.

I didn't see any appropriate systems in the README for ppc64le
