[OpenAFS] Start of afsd fails with "afsd: Error -1 in basic initialization."

Dear Kalle,

if you want to use the OpenAFS client implementation, you will need =20
the libafs kernel module from OpenAFS. It is not part of the Linux =20
kernel sources, but most distributions including Ubuntu will build it =20
for you.
kafs and af_rxrpc implement an (incomplete?) in-kernel AFS client that =20
does not use afsd. There is some documentation about it in various AFS =20
workshop talks available on openafs.org.
