[OpenAFS] Windows7 cannot open GUI AFS client configuration in control panel

Hello all,

I'm on WIndows 7 SP1 64 bits and installed openAFS 1.7-3100 64 bits with 
JFS client option.
My problem is I cannot open the Control Panel GUI "AFS client 
configuration" (click on it does nothing) and therefore cannot configure 
yje celle and AFS server.

On other similar machines everything does well.
