[OpenAFS] vos dumps to S3 via S3 Storage Gateway?

We have a legacy EC2 environment setup in which vos dumps are pulled in by
Zmanda backup, using a custom tar wrapper. These are stored on s3 via
Zmanda's virtual tape devices. We have a lifecycle setup to migrate the vos
dumps to Glacier after some time.

Looks like a feature was added to the AWS CLI that allows for dumping via a
stream which looks interesting though:
