You can=E2=80=99t use the OpenAFS tools with the kAFS module, but there are=
 some
tools that will work with it. Others are working on getting the kafs-utils
and kafs-client packages in Fedora 29 (and later).

I=E2=80=99ve been trying to build packages that work with it here:

Ignore the kernel packages and kafs-aklog packages, they aren=E2=80=99t nec=
essary.
