[OpenAFS] ansible roles for openafs

Hello all,

I have been recently moving to Ansible for test cell setup. I've made the
Ansible roles and playbooks available in the openafs-contrib area of github.
Currently, platform support is limited to rhel/centos 7, but I expect to add
more platforms time permitting.
