[OpenAFS] Ubuntu 22.04 LTS now with kernel 6.8 breaking OpenAFS

Hello,

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS has got kernel 6.8 last Wednesday. Neither the package 
from the Ubuntu repository nor the ppa:openafs/stable support 6.8, yet.

My colleague put 1.8.12~pre1-1 from Debian sid into our local repository 
for 22.04 and it has been working fine for the last few days. Thanks Ben 
and everyone else involved providing that package.

I hope this version or the final version of 1.8.12 will make it into the 
Ubuntu ppa, soon.
