[OpenAFS-win32-devel] rxk5 openafs for windows work in progress--seems to work

Jeff and Marcus,

K5ssl (or whatever it is named) keeps showing up as a potential solution 
to problems.   I wish some of those problems were not vaguely 
political.  Perhaps cryptographic performance gives some technical 
justification for preferring it.  I rather think the conservative 
solution is (a), though.
