Dear all:

We want to improve the performance of OpenAFS client on windows. At this time,we have 3 questions.
1.Is there a maximum of cache?
I find the registry value of NonPersistentCaching in the Windows Release Notes. It shows there are two places to store the cache data, the windows paging file and the %CachePath%(default is the SYSTEM account's TEMP directory) .In our test, when the NonPersistentCaching value is set to zero (the cache data is stored in the default place),the used cache can be as large as we set (limited by the physical memory). When we set the value to a non-zero value, the cache data is stored in the windows paging file, the cache size could be set to be very large, but the actual used cache is only about 10% of the size we set.We wonder if ther is a maxinmum of cache when choosing the windows file page to be the place of storing the cache.
2.How many user is supported when using ONE OpenAFS server at the same time?
I can not find some official performance about this in web.Is the maximum of users have something to do with server performance. For example, install OpenAFS server on IBM X3650 (Xeon E5405/16G/146SAS/1Gbps),how many users can connet to it at the time?
3.Why domain user's and local user's privilege are different when klog the OpenAFS using the same admin user?
We install the OpenAFS client on a win7 acceded to a Windows Domain. After that,we have all privilege using the admin user to klog to the OpenAFS server as a local windows user, but it turned to be a domain user,we only have read and list privilege. How on earth such situation could happen?
Could any body offer some help? It's best some one could send me some document about OpenAFS combined with Windows Domain.
Thanks.
