[OpenAFS-port-darwin] OpenAFS doesn't start on Carbon Copy Cloner cloned machine

This is odd.  We're cloning 10 Macs as an OS X pilot.  For some reason, 
while OpenAFS works fine on the prototype machine, it doesn't start up 
on a machine that has been cloned using Carbon Copy Cloner.  If I run 
the OpenAFS installer on the cloned machine, it becomes operational.  I 
haven't done much to try to track this down yet, I thought I'd see if 
anyone here had seen this already.
