[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Help with Alex's patches and mount_afs

Hi folks,

I have Alex's patched version of openafs 1.2.9 running.  afs mounts
correctly on /afs.

I would like to mount my user volume on the desktop.  When I try

mount_afs volumename /path/to/mountpoint

I get a device busy error.

What am I doing wrong.
