[OpenAFS-port-darwin] anyone want to work on the installer?

There's an OS10 installer for the VPN client from Cisco which does
something like this.  If done right it can be pretty convenient
when setting up a "Local Site Installer".  Ignore for the moment
that Cisco had a BUG in the way they did it, but the general idea
can be useful.
