[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Compiling on Tiger

I've been trying to compile 1.3.86 on 10.4.2 and have not been 
successful. Configure completes successfully but make doesn't. I get 
this set of errors:

make[3]: *** [viced.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** [viced] Error 2
make[1]: *** [build] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2

Has anyone been successful getting it to build? Am I missing something?
