[OpenAFS-port-darwin] Problem upgrading to Mac OS X Version 10.3.7 (Build 7S215)

It seems I simply need to start AFS by hand:

   sudo /Library/StartupItems/OpenAFS/OpenAFS

It used to start up automatically (before I upgraded).  But I am simply 
pleased to have a solution.
