[OpenAFS-port-darwin] right click menu items in OpenAFS 1.2.13

Hi Roland;
	After being unable to get the right click menu items on either open 
afs 1.2.13.or 1.3.82 on two other OS X 10.3.9 boxes, further looking on 
the machine with the feature revealed that  Arla was installed from way 
earlier and the machine had been upgraded but it was not removed:-(
