[OpenAFS-port-darwin] OSX Preference

Hi all,
i'm developing, for use in our institue a Preference Pane for configure
openafs(client for now) and start and stop it.
The CellServDB and ThisCell configuration is done.
Remain to write files and make afs start(Manualy or automatic).

I don't have much time to spend in developmnet but i'll try to go fast as
i can. But if anyone can help me to debug, is welcome
