[OpenAFS-port-darwin] OpenAFS 1.6.1: found mistyped vnode!

Hi,

I've just upgraded from OpenAFS 1.4.x (I think it was 1.4.11) to 1.6.1  
on my PowerMac G5 running Mac OS X 10.5.8. I'm now constantly getting  
messages like this in my system log:

Apr 20 16:55:30 bigmac kernel[0]: found mistyped vnode!
Apr 20 16:55:46: --- last message repeated 55 times ---

I've performed an "fs flushcache ." in a directory on the AFS volume,  
but that did not help. Any ideas/tips?
