[OpenAFS-port-freebsd] Problems on 5.2-R

It's a shame to fetch complete kernel source and config a kernel just to get
a three line include file.  Maybe we need a "--assume-generic-kernel"
configure option.

The real problem here is that the FreeBSD kernel internal interfaces are not
sufficiently defined and isolated to allow building modules that will run
anywhere.  But it's not in my power to fix this.

  And I'm still not sure whether OpenAFS server on FreeBSD is 
  "recommended" or not...

I don't recommend it.  You can recommend it if you want.  It just seems
risky to me given that no one maintains it, it's never been fully tested,
and this is your data we're talking about.
