[OpenAFS] Limiting salvager to a single partition

Unfortunately, this won't work in parallel.  It takes ~26 minutes to
salvage two 250gig partitions sequentially with that command, takes ~17
minutes if salvager is running on both at the same time.  Can't throw one
instance in the background and start another, either.
