    cf: Clean up configure summary output
    
    Clean up the configure summary text to make it more consistent and
    clear.
    
      - Align the summary columns to make the output more regular.
      - Update the section names and add a blank line after each section.
      - Move the linker section toward the top of the list.
      - Move the "debug" lines into the build options section.
      - Put scout and afsmonitor on separate lines.
      - Remove the useless yes/no indicator for the DOCBOOK_STYLESHEETS
        variable.
