macos: Add amd64 build support for macOS 27

Commit e78d6fb06ed8 (macos: Add support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate))
intentionally omitted the ability to build "Universal"
(multiple-architecture) OpenAFS binaries. This is because macOS 27
itself is not supported on Intel (x86_64) hardware, and Apple's Rosetta
2 x86_64 emulation is absent by default on macOS 27.

However, it is still possible to run x86_64 binaries on arm64 (Apple
Silicon) hardware with macOS 27, and there may be cases where it is
    desirable to do so.

Modify the OpenAFS parameter file for macOS 27 to support Universal
builds and packages when specified via:

        export ARCHFLAGS="-arch x86_64 -arch arm64"
