1. Don't include that bogus transarc DoS fix in the 2.5 release, or at
least make it a. Controllable, b. Reportable, c. Resettable, and d.
Optional

2. It would be nice if the salvager would report progress - if this is
possible. 

3. same for attaching volumes.

4. (longer term) it would be nice if there was progress reporting within
invidual rx calls - for example, vos release - for big volumes, it'd be
nice to know how much has been completed.

5. some way to edit the current bos configuration for next startup,
without shutting server down (or is there a way to do this already). I
personally prefer hand editing BosConfig. 

6. Smarter defaults for udebug - i.e. have it loop through all the DB
servers if you don't give a port
