From the looks of that documentation:

....
!-- Begin Header Records  ========================================== -->
<!-- /tmp/idwt3224/auagd000.scr converted by idb2h R4.2 (359) ID      -->
<!-- Workbench Version (AIX) on 10 Nov 1999 at 09:12:15               -->
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="updated" CONTENT="Wed, 10 Nov 1999 09:12:15">
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="review" CONTENT="Fri, 10 Nov 2000 09:12:15">
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="Sat, 10 Nov 2001 09:12:15">
</head><body>
<!-- (C) IBM Corporation 2000. All Rights Reserved    --> <body
bgcolor="ffffff"> <!-- End Header Records
============================================ -->
....

It looks like it was generated using something called "idb2h". What source
files does that take? Maybe they are generating the ps/pdf from that same
tool?
