[OpenAFS-devel] Error diagnosis - ReallyRead failure

Bummer... it isn't coming up with a valid volume id with either
interpretation of the inode value.

note that it guesses about the volumeid, and sometimes is wrong because
there's isn't enough information to readily determine it.
