It applies and compiles cleanly on FreeBSD 4-stable.

Is there any reason why you don't do a straight
s/vnode_pager_freepage/vm_page_free/g?

Also, doing a `find . -name '*.ko'` didn't turn up any kernel modules
(i.e., afs.ko). Is one supposed to be made?

Hopefully I'll be able to get some free time this weekend to
actually set up an AFS cell this weekend between my laptop and
tower. The tower is running 4.x, and laptop 5.x.
