The RPM's are
openafs-1.2.11-rh9.0.1.i386.rpm
openafs-client-1.2.11-rh9.0.1.i386.rpm
openafs-kernel-1.2.11-rh9.0.1.i386.rpm
openafs-kernel-source-1.2.11-rh9.0.1.i386.rpm
i.e. the "stable" ones from openafs.org as of this morning.
Hopefully this subsumes your first question, or do you
want to know the server version?
