  How are other platforms going to support nfsv4 rpsec_gss?

Linux and bsd each have their own kernel module and their own way of
communicating between user and kernel.  But most of the hard work is done in
a user space gssd, and we have made an effort to keep that code the same.

The latest bsd client does the rpc in user space rather than in the kernel.
Linux could adopt this approach too but that seems unlikely.
