[OpenAFS-devel] ptsldap

This wasnt a private release within ISU, there are a handful (Volker
Lendecke for one) of people on the openafs list that want to see this
code-  We do want this scrutinized by the afs community, but we want it a
little more ready before we contribute it to the tree- Jeff Altman has an
idea for using the Mozilla LDAP client instead of OpenLDAP which might
help free up the license encumberment- so we want to try things like that
first.

Either way, this was indeed a public release of sorts, but we're hoping t=
o
still be the maintainers of this code for a bit longer so we can a)
publish something about it and b) so we don't get sidestepped in the
creation of this thing.

But it really is for everyone to check out/play with.
