[OpenAFS-devel] byte-range locking

Ahh, that's unfortunate.  I find it extremely unfortunate that so much of the
Windows client is re-implemented, as opposed to shared with the Unix 
client. :(  Something like the local handling of byte-range locks 
should be something
that could be OS independent.  But alas..  :(
